MSCHF Is Dropping a Wacky “2×4” Work Boot

Timberland boots are having a bit of a moment right now, thanks primarily to Pharrell including a Timberland collab in his FW24 Louis Vuitton collection. The hooligans over at MSCHF have seized the opportunity to create their own wacky version of the iconic 6-inch boot.

After dropping viral footwear projects such as the Wavy Baby and Big Red Boot, the Brooklyn-based art collective is now disrupting the fashion scene once again with the 2×4 boot. Their take on the Timberland boot features a wheat-colored upper that is made from gum rubber, the same material as the outsoles. The pattern of the sole is mirrored onto the toe box and tongue and also extends up the lateral side walls. The packaging is covered in debossed outsole prints, continuing the all-sole theme. Meanwhile, the ankle collars are done in typical black padded leather, and the pair also comes with typical work boot laces.

Grab a look at the MSCHF 2×4 Boot below. These drop March 19th at 2pm ET on the MSCHF website.
