Stüssy and Converse are adding another collaboration to their fruitful partnership. This time around, the duo are releasing a pack of Chuck 70s featuring ’90s-style hairy suede uppers.
The pack includes a high-top “Sky Blue” and a low-top “Poppy Red” colorway, each with rough, hairy suede construction inspired by hairy suede sneakers of the ’90s. Both colorways feature the West Coast brand’s star logo embroidered on the lateral, while the high-tops also feature a “blank” hairy suede Chuck patch at the medial ankle and a hidden heat-pressed Chuck patch on the interior. Additional features include custom “All Star” branding on the tongue tags, Stüssy branding printed inside the tongues, a co-branded insole, and unvarnished foxing nodding to classic Chucks.
