Supreme is reuniting with Vans this season to release a new version of the Old Skool adorned with Swarovski crystals.
This Old Skool features canvas uppers adorned with Vans signature checkerboard pattern, the colored boxes studded with Swarovski crystals. Additional features include premium suede overlays, leather lining and insoles, vulcanized waffle outsoles, and embroidered Supreme branding at the heel. These come in four colorways: purple, brown, red, and black.
The last collaboration between Supreme and Vans, the Nate Lowman Grosso Mid, was slated to drop back in July, though this release was canceled a mere days before the drop date. Though no official statement was made, the “bullet hole” design was likely scrapped due to the several mass shootings that took place across America during the 4th of July weekend, including one in Highland, Illinois that left 7 dead and 48 injured.
The Supreme x Swarovski x Vans Old Skool collection drops this Thursday, October 20th at Supreme stores and on the Supreme website. Check out all four colorways below.
