Original Story (07/05/22): Supreme and Vans have reunited this summer for a new collaboration on the Grosso Mid.
The shoe features the “bullet hole” artwork of NYC-based artist Nate Lowman, which Supreme featured on apparel earlier this year. It comes in three colorways — black, white, and red — and is constructed from premium suede and canvas. Sockliners and insoles come in leather, while vulcanized outsoles and waffle outsoles are found underfoot.
The Supreme x Nate Lowman x Vans Grosso Mid will be available on Thursday, July 7th at Supreme locations and on the Supreme website. Check out the three colorways below.
Update (04/22/25): Initially slated to drop in July 2022, the Supreme x Nate Lowman x Vans Grosso Mid was pulled from release following the Highland Park Fourth of July parade shooting.
The collection is now set to launch this Saturday, April 26th, exclusively in Japan to celebrate the opening of Nate Lowman’s “This Neighborhood’s Changed” exhibition at Gallery Common—the artist’s first-ever solo show in Japan. The footwear will release alongside a Supreme x Nate Lowman book and bullet-hole pins.
