NYC-based streetwear brand Bravest Studios is gearing up to release a wild piece of footwear, the “Bear Claw” Mule.
First established in 2019, Bravest Studios has its roots in bootleg culture, rising to prominence in the streetwear scene thanks to their popular LV monogram mesh basketball shorts and other flips of iconic pop culture motifs. The brand has seen tremendous growth over the years, even working with Victor Victor on a Pop Smoke collection, Druski on a Coulda Been Records collab, and with Creative Control on a collaboration with Kanye West’s Jeen-Yuhs documentary.
After entering the footwear game earlier in the year with their Birkenstock-like paisley mules, Bravest is kicking things up a notch with the “Bear Claws,” a mule made from premium calf hair equipped with molded metal claw hardware made to look like an actual claw of a brown bear. The mules also feature a cozy leather footbed stamped with Bravest Studios branding and come packaged in a matching fur-covered shoe box.
