Tyler, the Creator has been keeping busy all 2023, a year that so far has included the release of CMIYGL: The Estate Sale, the return of Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival, and a new collab with Lacoste. The multi-hyphenate creative is now closing out the stellar year with a bang, treating fans to a second season of his le FLEUR* fashion label.
Tyler’s second mainline le FLEUR* collection has been revealed through a self-directed lookbook video titled “FOR THE SUNSEEKERS.” The plot involves a bus getting into a car accident and all of the passengers giving the police eyewitness account as to what happened. They all look great doing it, as the passengers are also the models of the collection. The cast includes not only Tyler himself, but also the likes of Lil Yachty, Anwar Carrots, and Maverick Carter.
The collection itself showcases Tyler’s penchant for pastel and collegiate hues and prep-inspired style. Various pieces feature a “Daryl The Dog” motif, which is the same breed of dog as seen in the “DOGTOOTH” music video. Apparel styles range from varsity jackets to knitwear, to a cycling jersey presented alongside a matching green le FLEUR* bicycle. The apparel is accompanied by accessories such as scarves, berets, trunks, and more, as well as footwear in the form of loafers and Converse Chuck Taylors.
