Clarks Originals is back with a new Pokémon collab. After delivering a “Pikachu” Wallabee collection in 2022, the British footwear company has reunited with the popular anime and gaming franchise for a new collection featuring the Torhill Explore silhouette.
The Torhill is a more outdoor-friendly version of the Wallabee, equipped with a chunky, durable sole borrowed from the Clarks’ Big Gripper silhouette from the ’90s. For this sophomore Pokémon collab, Clarks dresses the Torhill in colorways inspired by the four OG starter Pokémon: Charmander, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and Pikachu. Each feature Poké Ball embroidery on the premium suede uppers, a graphic of the corresponding starter Pokémon on the tongue tags, and the Pokémon’s Pokedex number on the heel strip. While the Charmander, Bulbasaur, and Squirtle colorways all come with translucent gum soles, the Pikachu colorway opts for a black midsole instead. As an added bonus, each pair is equipped with two co-branded Pokémon x Clarks fobs attached to the laces.
