Reebok has announced a brand new partnership with Spyder as the two brands unite to drop a limited edition collection. Together, the duo offers a selection of technical outerwear and sporty footwear that bridges the gap between the city and the mountain slopes.
Highlighting the collection is the trio of footwear consisting of a Classic Leather Trail, Nano X3, and Zig Kinetica Edge 2.5. Spyder has revamped all three of Reebok’s staple silhouettes with ski-inspired details, water-resistant technology, and trail-ready traction, making them more suitable for the rugged outdoors. The Zig Kinetica Edge 2.5, for example, is equipped with a CORDURA re/cor upper paired with an eVent DVdry waterproof membrane, while underfoot is a lugged Vibram Ecostep outsole. Apparel includes a 700-fill Windom down jacket, a long-sleeve crewneck for lounging, and a co-branded hoodie.
The collection is accompanied by a visual campaign shot in Park City, Utah that stars world cup alpine ski racers Alice Merryweather and River Radamus.
