Original Story (01/22/22): After a 14 year hiatus, Nike SB is back with another Simpsons-inspired Dunk. Following 2004’s “Homer Simpson” Dunk Low and 2008’s “Marge Simpson” Dunk High, 2022 will see the release of the “Bart Simpson” Dunk Low.
This SB Dunk Low features a yellow leather base, mimicking the color of the character’s skin, while the Habanero Red shade of orange used on the suede overlays are the same color as Bart’s shirt. Blue accents for the sockliner and outsole are pulled from Bart’s shorts and shoes, while the white Swoosh and and midsole are the same color as Bart’s eyes and socks. The insoles even come in a shade of green similar to Bart’s skateboard.

Update (02/14/22): Official images of the Nike SB Dunk Low “Bart Simpson” have arrived. These were originally slated as a January release, though shipment delays have pushed the release back. Hopefully we’ll see these hit skate shops in the coming weeks.
