Nike is going “posite” crazy in 2024. Foamposites are back, with special releases such as the “DMV” and Tekken 8 collab bringing new energy to the silhouette. Clogposites are also having a moment, thanks to a recent Supreme collab.
Also on Nike’s release calendar is the Flightposite One, an early ’00s basketball model worn by the likes of Kevin Garnett and Tim Duncan. Its most iconic colorway is the “Metallic Gold,” which was used as part of Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin costume in the 2002 film Spider-Man.

Not only is the “Metallic Gold” Flightposite making its return, it will be joined by a Clogposite in the same colorway. It features the same greenish-gold hue on its molded PU composite upper, while black neoprene covers the top area.
Check out official images of the Nike Clogposite “Metallic Gold” (aka “Green Goblin”) below. Expect these to drop in the coming weeks on SNKRS and at select retailers. Stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for release updates.
