Ksubi Launches Juice WRLD 999 Collection


Following last month’s announcement, global streetwear brand Ksubi officially launches its collaboration with multi-platinum recording artist Juice WRLD.

Name dropping Ksubi in freestyles and tracks, the late Chicago rapper encapsulated the Ksubi ethos of the Creative Outsider – a rebellious individual who did things his own way, pushing boundaries to express himself via different avenues.

Working in collaboration Juice WRLD’s manager and friend Peter Jideonwo, Ksubi offers eight pieces across classic denim fits, as well as hoodies and tees. The graphics are inspired by Juice WRLD’s own artistic passion, as he would regularly take to his own denim pieces to draw on them and create 1-of-1 designs.

“The collaboration with Ksubi felt natural – it was a brand that Juice had a connection with and had a real love for,” says Jideonwo. “Collaborating on projects such as this collection with Ksubi means that Juice’s creative legacy can continue, even beyond the music world. He loved to draw so being able to bring that into a fashion collection makes this collaboration even more unique and creates collectable pieces that his fans will love”.

To further celebrate Juice WRLD’s legacy, the collection’s campaign features Juice’s frequent collaborators Trippie Redd and producer Haan, as well as skater Boo Johnson, actress Jessica Belkin, artist Skye Morales, model Ashley Got, and up-and-coming artist ZZZ who recently signed to Juice WRLD’s label. The video, directed by the renowned Steve Cannon, features unreleased freestyle tracks from Juice WRLD, never-before-seen studio footage of Juice in his favourite Ksubi jeans, and the track “Two Cups (Everything’s Going My Way” where he name drops Ksubi.

The Ksubi x Juice WRLD 999 collection is available now on the Ksubi website, at Ksubi stores, on 999club.com, and at select retailers including SSENSE, Kith, BrownsFashion, END. Clothing, and Culture Kings. Check out the campaign images and product shots below.
