Joe Freshgoods is gearing up to release the sequel to his coveted Don’t Be Mad x New Balance 992. This time around, the silhouette of choice for the Chicago designer is the New Balance 990v3.
Revealed on the cover of Sneaker Freaker’s Issue 45, the highly-anticipated follow-up to 2020’s “No Emotions are Emotions” project comes dressed in a blue, brown, and green color scheme. Blue mesh covers the base of this 990v3, while brown suedes are used for the overlays. Green accents are found throughout the shoe, including on the heels, tongue branding, and top eyelets. The sole unit matches the upper’s brown and blue color scheme, while the N logo on the side panels comes in a lighter shade of blue.
