With ComplexCon coming to the windy city this year, Chicago’s streetwear hero Joe Freshgoods and his Fat Tiger Workshop team have gone in full berserk mode. Just take a look at this tweet from Joe:

From teasers posted by Joe on social media, we know that the JoeFreshGoods booth will feature a concept store installation titled “The Corner Store Was My Gift Shop”. Along with the above “album art”, Joe shared a video trailer for the concept shop, starring his little cousin Kody:

Other items that may possibly included in the concept shop are the “Jover Street Goods” Converse sneaker and a collaboration with Snapple.

DBM 10 Year Anniversary
On the DBM side of things, we know that Joe will be doing something special to celebrate the brand’s 10 year anniversary. Joe and Vic Lloyd started DBM (Don’t Be Mad) with 80 bucks in 2009. Originally called dope.boy.magic., one of the brand’s early products was a beanie that read “I WANNA fu*ck RIHANNA”. Ten years later, DBM will release a tee that reads “I RESPECT RIHANNA”. That’s growth.

JoeFreshGoods x The Hundreds
JoeFreshGoods and Bobby Hundreds have earned the right to be known as the Jordan and Kobe of streetwear. Chicago and Los Angeles connect on this JoeFreshGoods x The Hundreds collab. The collab includes a t-shirt with a graphic of Joe and The Hundreds’ Adam Bomb driving down I-290.
The Secret Life of Plants: JoeFreshGoods x Hidden Characters
Chicago-based streetwear brand Hidden Characters has collabed with Joe on a pair of pants (seen above), as well as a HIDDEN GOODS tee seen below. Sorry for the poor quality, the photo is a screenshot of an Instagram story posted by Hidden.
JoeFreshGoods x MLB x NEW ERA
In collaboration with Major League Baseball and New Era, Joe will be releasing his own line of Cubs and White Sox fitted hats. Joe tells the story of this collab in the Instagram post below:

Sir & Madame boutique was founded by wife and husband Autumn and Brian Merritt in 2007. Not much is known about this collab so far, besides the fact that it is happening and it’s debuting at ComplexCon.
Remember the “album art” that we saw earlier? Brian of Sir & Madame makes a reference to the “album” in a tweet:
I’ll show y’all the track I co-produced on @JoeFreshgoods album soon.

Is there an actual JoeFreshGoods album dropping too? Joe has proved time and time again that he’s capable of anything, so we’re just gonna have to wait and see.
There’s still much more that Joe has up his sleeve. Follow JoeFreshGoods on Instagram and Twitter to see what other surprises he has in store.
