Drake and Nike are adding a new silhouette to their NOCTA range, an updated version of their first-ever model, the signature Hot Step.
Aptly named the Hot Step 2, this silhouette features a sleeker design than its predecessor. Wavy lines run across the molded uppers, while head-turning chrome details are found on the side panels and heels, plus a a mini chrome Swoosh appears on the toe box. Underfoot is an updated midsole with a visible air unit in the heel, and G-Tek traction technology makes its return on the outsoles.
The Hot Step 2 makes its debut in a “Tonal Orange” colorway, with the orange hue found throughout the design, only broken up by the hits of chrome. Uppers come with a reflective finish, keeping heads turning even in the darkness.
NOCTA is also releasing a couple of matching apparel pieces on their website alongside the kicks, including a Drapers Button Up shirt and Drapers shorts. Both are constructed from engineered mesh made from 100% recycled polyester and feature woven-in NOCTA graphics.
Following a SNKRS shock drop in March, the NOCTA Hot Step 2 “Total Orange” will release via NOCTA.com on April 3rd at midnight ET, followed by a wider release on SNKRS and at select retailers on April 4th. Check out the new silhouette below.
