Original Story (04/08/22): Jordan Brand is bringing back a familiar split color blocking on the Air Jordan 1 Low.
Similar to the Air Jordan 1 “Homage to Home” released in 2018, the color blocking on the medial and lateral sides of the silhouette are different from one another. On the lateral side, we see a white tumbled leather base, black tumbled leather overlays, and white tongue, while the opposite is found on the medial. The black and white sides create a yin and yang-like design, coming together with a tucked inseam down the center of the upper. A white midsole and black rubber outsole rounds out the design.
The WMNS Air Jordan 1 Low “Split” is set to release sometime in the coming months on Nike.com and at select retailers. For now, check out the official images below.
