Original Story (06/22/22): The Jordan Zion 2 officially made its retail debut today in a “Voodoo” colorway that pays homage to the history of the city of New Orleans. To celebrate the launch, Zion Williamson has revealed his own “Voodoo” edition of the Air Jordan 1 Low OG.
The “Voodoo” Air Jordan 1 Low OG features the same design concept as the Zion 2, dressed in a Frankenstein-like mix of hemp textiles in green and brown hues. The skull motif found on the heels of the Zion 2 now appears on the lateral heel, while the insoles feature “Voodoo” and “Zion” graphics in a spooky stylized font. Additional details include a mini Swoosh on the lateral toe and upside down Nike Air tongue tags.
In an IG story, Williamson says to “stay tuned” for the drop of the “Voodoo” AJ1 Low OG, so we can expected a release sometime later this year on SNKRS and at select retailers. Keep it locked to MN for updates.
