Verdy Launches Wasted Youth x Budweiser Collection

Verdy, the Japanese designer behind Wasted Youth and Girls Don’t Cry, is launching a collaboration between Wasted Youth and Budweiser.

As the Wasted Youth logo draws heavy influence from the American beer brand’s logo, a collaboration between the two is a full circle moment for Verdy. The collab is comprised of special co-branded beer cans and bottles, various activations, parties, and concerts in Japan, and the release of an apparel and accessories collection.

The lineup for the collection includes tees, soccer jerseys, shorts, hats, bags, a double-wall glass, and a Hariko papier-mâché beer can figure. Each piece features Budweiser’s iconic 1999 graphics reimagined with Wasted Youth branding. The lookbook for the collection stars the talented Na-Kel Smith.

The Wasted Youth x Budweiser collection will be releasing via the Human Made website on July 9th at 11am Japan Time (Friday, July 8th 10pm ET). Special co-branded beer cans and bottles are available now at supermarkets across Japan. Check out the lookbook and complete collection below.
