Travis Scott x Nike Shark-A-Don “Beechtree” Revealed

2

Following an initial reveal last summer, we now have an update on Travis Scott’s upcoming Spiridon-inspired silhouette.

At his recent Chicago stop on the UTOPIA tour, Travis Scott gifted one of his diehard fans a pair of his upcoming Nike sneakers straight off his feet. From the detailed pics provided by the fan, we see the silhouette is named Shark-A-Don on the inner tag, and not “Sharkidon” as previously reported.

This “Beechtree” colorway of the Shark-A-Don features a mocha brown suede upper with cardboard brown overlays and a red sockliner. Additionally, brown corduroy is used on the tongue and ankle collar, and a hit of reflective 3M is used on the trim that connects the upper to the midsole. Surprisingly, no reverse Swoosh on these bad boys.

Designwise, the Shark-A-Don draws inspiration from the Air Zoom Spiridon and features a similar sole unit to that of the 1997 silhouette. The forefoot strap is also reminiscent of the one found one the Nike Air Diamond Turf. Lastly, looking at the outsole, we find Cactus Corporation branding, seen previously on the Cactus Jack Air Max 1s and Air Trainers.

Check out detailed photos of the Travis Scott x Nike Shark-A-Don “Beechtree” below. These are currently in the sample stage, so it’s not certain that this colorway will make it to retail. If it does, expect it to drop in Fall 2024 on SNKRS, the Travis Scott website, and at select retailers. As always, stay tuned to MN for updates.
