Supreme Unveils its Fall/Winter 2021 Collection

Supreme made noise this weekend in NYC and online with the Box Logo-wrapped train that took passengers across the city on the MTA’s L route. This raised hype for the brand’s upcoming Fall/Winter 2021 collection, revealed today through various product shots and a lookbook.

Pieces in the collection highlight specific moments in culture with references such as John Coltrane’s A Love Supreme 1965 album and the 1998 movie Belly starring Nas and DMX. The 2001 film Shrek is also highlighted with tees, beanies, and skate decks. Reviving a cancelled project from SS 2018, we are finally getting the Rick Rubin photo tee. Supreme also dug deep into its archive to bring back the Afro Skater tee from 1994, one of the earliest Supreme pieces that is almost impossible to find today.

As expected, there is also a ton of collaborations. We see a range of Skittles items, including Supreme-branded packs of candy and cycling apparel and accessories made with Castelli. There are jackets made in collaboration with Schott, Mitchell & Ness, and Alpha Industries. We see pieces featuring artwork from NY-based graffiti artists Stash and Lady Pink, as well as from Japanese artist Tadanori Yokoo. A range of New York Yankees pieces are previewed, such as GORE-TEX jackets, New Era fitteds, and airbrushed hoodies, tees, and skate decks. The Supreme x Nike Air Force 1 also returns in a wheat colorway, joining the black and white colorways introduced a couple seasons ago.

The accessories section is where we see collaborations shine, as Supreme places their branding on seemingly random products such as a king-sized Hästens Maranga bed, JBL L 100 speakers, Duraflame firelogs, a Butterfly Table Tennis table, and Dub spinner rims. We are also getting a red Supreme x Gundam figure of RX-78-2. Supreme x Hanes is also back with new pieces, including the skeleton thermal crew and pants and pink versions of their tagless t-shirts, boxer briefs, and socks.

Check out select items from Supreme Fall/Winter 2021 below. The first drop of the season will be available Thursday, August 19th (August 21st in Japan) in stores and online and following drops will be available on a weekly basis.
