Original Story (12/1/23): Sky High Farm Workwear, KAWS and Nike have teamed up on a special project to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Dover Street Market New York.
Sky High Farm Workwear was launched in partnership with Dover Street Market as the apparel division of the Sky High Farm Universe, a mission-led brand by Dan Colen and Daphne Seybold whose goal is to provide access to fresh, local food through it’s non-profit, Sky High Farm. For this project, Sky High Farm Workwear has invited KAWS to customize Nike Life apparel and Air Force 1s, resulting in a limited 10-piece capsule collection. Funds from every purchase will go to supporting Sky High Farms Hudson Valley on its mission to achieve long-term solutions to food insecurity.
The collection will includes a chore coat, a hoodie, a beanie, and more, along with two colorways of the Sky High Farm Workwear x KAWS x Nike Air Force 1. The footwear was created by taking AF-1s in their classic white and black colorways and adding a printed, dye-cut Swoosh cloud applique over the original logos. The reuse of existing shoes and clothing for this project is fitting as it is line with Sky High Farm’s philanthropic ethos.
The Sky High Farm Workwear x KAWS x Nike collection will be available on Saturday, December 16th on the Sky High Farm website (11am EST), at Dover Street Market New York, and the DSMNY E-SHOP. Grab a preview below.
Update (12/11/23): The online DSM release for the “Cloud Force 1s” will be done via raffle. Entries will be accepted until December 12th at 11am EST on the DSMNY E-SHOP.
