Original Story (04/17/22): Back in October, Salehe Bembury and New Balance launched the 574 YURT in two colorways along with an accompanying range of “Universal Communication” apparel. This was followed by a second apparel drop in March. Bembury has now announced the release of the remaining three colorways of the 574 YURT.
The outdoor-ready apparel and modified trail-ready 574 from the “Universal Communication” collection was inspired by Bembury’s daily hiking routine. The 574 YURT comes with a sole unit inspired by the Cross Training 755 from the early ’00s, while the whistle on the heel allows for universal communication, letting others know where you are in case you get lost. The three remaining colorways of the 574 YURT come in aqua green (Spunge exclusive), earthy grey with pink and purplish blue accents, and black with a blue outsole.
Salehe Bembury x New Balance 574 YURT Drop 2 will be available on Friday, April 22nd at 9am PT on beaspunge.com. Expect a global release via NewBalance.com and select retailers to follow.
Update (04/24/22): The global release for the 574 YURT is going down on April 29th.
