Reebok Is Dropping Kobe’s “Free Agency” Question Mid PE

0

After Kobe Bryant ended his partnership with adidas in 2002, the Lakers superstar remained a sneaker free agent for the ’02-03 NBA season, as he was contractually prohibited from signing with another brand until 2003. Kobe used this free agency season to mix things up, wearing everything from Air Jordans to Converse Weapons. Reebok also laced Kobe up with a few different PEs of Allen Iverson’s Question Mid. One was a “Yellow Toe” iteration, which Reebok eventually made available to the public. There was also a “Purple Toe” iteration, which Reebok hadn’t introduced to the market, that is, until now.

Dubbed the Question Mid “Free Agency,” this colorway is a faithful recreation of Kobe Bryant’s PE from over two decades ago. It comes equipped with white leather uppers with purple suede on the toe box and additional hits of purple on the eyestays, heel, Hexalite windows, and translucent outsole. Hits of yellow are then used on the Vector and Question logos to round out the Lakers-themed color scheme.

The Reebok Question Mid “Free Agency” is available now on Reebok.com and at select retailers. Check out the official images below.
