Patta x New Balance 991v2 Dropping In Two Colorways

Original Story (11/13/23): New Balance is back with its second collaboration on the 991v2, following the silhouette’s debut with Stone Island earlier this year. It’s now Patta’s turn to give the new MADE in UK model a makeover.

The Dutch streetwear brand and retailer reconnects with New Balance after last year’s “Keep Your Family Close” 990v3, now offering a maroon-based colorway of the 991v2. The shoe features a unique striped mesh netting across its upper, paired with suede and leather overlays in a “Pickled Beet” hue, similar to the one previously used on Patta’s “Rush Maroon” Air Max 1. Underfoot is a split grey and white midsole with pops of neon green and a tan heel counter, all sitting atop a black rubber outsole. Patta branding is found on the tongue under the Made In England messaging, with the brand’s P logo found on the heel. The shoe comes equipped with neon green laces to match the hits on the midsole.

The Patta x New Balance 991v2 is slated to release December 8th via New Balance and select retailers, though expect Patta to announce its own drop prior to the global release. Grab an early look below and stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for updates.
