Palace & Umbro Link Up For SS24 Collection

Palace is once again showcasing its deep love for British football culture, this time through a collaboration with sportswear brand Umbro.

Similar to what the skate brand did with their Kappa collab and adidas Y-3 collection, this new collection with Umbro celebrates British football culture, while also honoring the heritage of their collaborator. Umbro has been around for 100 years now, founded in 1924 by brothers Harold and Wallace Humphrey. The name Umbro is a combination of um from Humphreys, and bro from brothers. The Humphreys started the company creating football kits, and quickly expanded into rugby as well, offering a wide selection of jerseys, shorts, and socks for both sports.

The Palace Umbro SS24 collection pays homage to a simpler time in British football history, offering classic tracksuits and warm-up crewnecks and shorts, while also bringing some ’90s rave energy with the psychedelic “Palio” home, away, and goalkeeper jerseys that feature a graphic pulled from old flyers of the Dreamscape raves held across the UK throughout the decade. The collection is rounded out by 6-panel caps, beanies, and knee-high and mid-length socks.

Palace Umbro SS24 drops Friday, March 8th at Palace locations and on the Palace website (11am EST). Grab a preview below.
