Original Story (08/08/22): Nike has been celebrating the 35th anniversary of the Air Max 1 throughout 2022 with special colorways and collabs. On the horizon is a new premium “Denim” colorway.
This Air Max 1 features a slate blue denim upper with suede in a similar hue dressing the toe box and mudguard. A darker royal blue is then used for the leather Swoosh, the tongue tags, and sockliners. Additional features include cream laces, aged midsoles, and gum outsoles.

Update (08/14/22): This Air Max 1 is officially called “Dirty Denim” and nods to a 2003 colorway of the same name. Catch the drop on August 26th on SNKRS and at select retailers.
