Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 4 RM “Driveway Grey” Release Info

Original Story (07/01/24): Nigel Sylvester will soon be introducing the Air Jordan 4 RM with his own collaboration on the model, though it turns out there is more than one colorway on the way.

Following the “Fence Green” iteration, BMX star Nigel Sylvester will continue the “Grandma’s Driveway” story with a “Driveway Grey” colorway of the Air Jordan 4 Remix. His grandma’s house is where Nigel first fell in love with bike riding at the age of 4. The first colorway represents the green fence that surrounds his grandma’s house, while this grey colorway represents the concrete and asphalt that Nigel first biked on.

The shoe’s upper comes dressed entirely in Anthracite grey, including the TPU cage system that wraps around the heel. White is used for the Bike Air branding on the heel and the rear of the midsole, while a red mini Swoosh on the toe adds a pop of color. These come with special packaging that continues the Grandma’s Driveway storytelling.

Update (08/02/24): The “Driveway Grey” Air Jordan 4 RM will be available exclusively via SNKRS, Foot Locker, and Champs Sports on August 8th.

“Never forgetting where it all started. As a kid, my parents would take me to Foot Locker in Green Acres Mall for new kicks and I’d come right back to this driveway to ride my bike,” says Nigel Sylvester.

Nigel himself will make a special appearance on August 8th at the South Street Foot Locker in Philadelphia and the Foot Locker in Harlem on 125th. The in-store activations will include a recreation of Nigel’s grandma’s driveway and Q&A session with the BMX star.
