If you like retro (and we’re talking retro retro, not the 90’s), New Balance has something for you in the works. Dubbed the Mid Century Modern collection, these USA built kicks pack a design punch.
Snazzing up the iconic 996, 997, 998 and 990 silhouettes are simple, leather accented colorways that rely on earthy yet striking tones with bold pops of contrasting color. Though the inspiration is certainly a loosely based story, we’ll let it slide as all of these offerings are solid looking sneakers that we personally would love to lace up.
