Clyde Edwards, aka “sneakerboxClyde,” is bringing back his SNEAKERBOX brand with the launch of SNEAKERBOX NFT.
Edwards has been a member of the online sneaker community for over a decade, launching his own Inside the Sneakerbox Youtube channel in 2009. Through this platform, Edwards built relationships within the footwear industry, leading to his current position as PUMA’s Director of Sportstyle Marketing.
After a few years in hiatus, Inside the Sneakerbox relaunches in Web3 as SNEAKERBOX NFT. The community-driven PFP-based project is a collection of 7,777 NFTs centered around Max the Sneakerbox, the OG Sneakerbox logo. There are over 250 total traits that fall into seven different categories: Sneaker Box, Background, Head, Eyes, Tongue, Accessory, and Max’s Sneakers.
The SBNFT team has partnered with various entities within the sneaker industry for IRL events and other utility, including Soles4Souls, the PENSOLE Lewis College of Business & Design, Major Wavez Customs Lab, and Alexander-John. Holders will have exclusive access to events during both NFT NYC and NFT LA in 2023, product collaborations, sneaker giveaways, whitelist for future projects, and more.
