The New Balance BB480 will get a crisp updo at the hands of the CDG sub-label eYe COMME des GARÇONS JUNYA WATANABE MAN.
With Junya Watanabe’s influence, the shoe maintains a black and white color palette, though the details take the cake. White leather covers the quarter, heel and mudguard while its black counterpart dresses the toebox, collar and “N” logo. The tongue features a branded New Balance logo with a “480” beneath it, matching the eYe branding on the heel tab and graphic insole. The entire creation sits on a white and black midsole and outsole, respectively.
eYe COMME des GARÇONS JUNYA WATANABE MAN has also recently revealed its FW21 New Balance 574. expected to drop this October. As for the Junya Watanabe x New Balance BB480, the shoe is dropping at Junya Watanabe stockists and CDG stores on March 19th, with some pairs available now at global retailer SSENSE.
