The 2022 McDonald’s All-American Games took place this past March in Chicago. Rising stars and top prospects gathered at the Wintrust Arena to showcase their talent to the nation, all while sporting jerseys branded with the Golden Arches designed by Eric Emanuel. Following last year’s Eric Emanuel x adidas McDAAG collection, the New York designer teams up with the Three Stripes once again for a new off-court collection in honor of this year’s McDonald’s All-American Games.

Emanuel draws inspiration from McDAAG’s long history of highlighting some of the greatest talent to play in the NBA. Legends such as Magic Johnson, Kobe Bryant, and Michael Jordan are just some of McDonald’s All-Americans throughout the years.

Drop 1 from the collection consists of gender-neutral apparel, including a tracksuit, hoodie, shorts, and a graphic tee. Highlighting the drop is the brown Ceremony track jacket with red adidas stripes and yellow accents, drawing inspiration from the fast-food chain’s paper bags. The jacket, matching breakaway snap pants, and hoodies are all made in part with recycled content, while the shorts are made from 100% recycled content. The tees are made with sustainably-sourced cotton under the Better Cotton Initiative.

In addition, adidas and Eric Emanuel are set to release another Forum 84 Hi this year in a brown colorway that matches the track jacket and pants. Eric Emanuel’s logo appears on the toe box while the upper resembles a reconstructed McDonald’s paper bag. Touches of suede, sail midsole, and gum rubber outsole complete the silhouette.

Drop 1 of the 2022 Eric Emanuel x adidas McDonald’s All-American Games collection is available now on the adidas website and select retailers. The Eric Emanuel x adidas Forum 84 Hi is launching at a later date, likely as part of Drop 2.
