Converse x Come Tees “Realms and Realities” Collection

Come Tees, the Los Angeles-based streetwear brand run by artist Sonya Sombreuil, has teamed up with Converse on a collection of footwear and apparel titled “Realms and Realities.” The project is a celebration of boundless self-expression and was designed as a glimpse into a dream world untamed.

The apparel in the collection comes covered in digitized versions of Somebreuil’s hand-drawn and graffiti-esque artwork that make up two distinct all-over prints: “Realms and Realities” and “Come Tees Floral.” These prints cover tees, a hoodie, chinos, and shorts, all from the Converse Shapes genderless apparel line launched in 2020.

The art continues on the footwear, a pair of mismatching Chuck 70s. “Realms” and “Realities” are printed on the lateral side panels in a hand airbrushed design, paired with hand-done tiger stripes and a realistic tiger print on the medials. Both shoes in the pair feature handprints on the tongues. Additional details include “Come Tees” and “Realms and Realities” on the heel strips, a custom Come Tees license plate on the left heel, an orange Chuck Patch, and graphic outsoles with a “crack” in the center.

The Converse x Come Tees “Realms and Realities” collection launches on Tuesday, February 15th at 9am PST on the Come Tees website. A wider release will follow on February 17th on Converse.com and at select retailers.
