Original Story (05/05/21): Charaf Tajer’s Casablanca is gearing up for its next collaboration with New Balance to drop, the Red Monogram New Balance 327 and 237. Previously revealed late last year, this release will follow up February’s “Monogram” 327 and 237 launch.
The French brand has shared an official poster image for its next 327 release which features the tagline “Step into your comfort zone.” The shoe itself comes dressed in a white perforated leather upper with overlays dressed in Casablanca’s signature jacquard print in red and green found on the toe box and heel. Additional details include a strip running down the tongue dressed in Casablanca’s rosette pattern, a large N log on the lateral side panel in red leather, and a forest green nubbed outsole underfoot.
Check out Casablanca’s announcement of its New Balance 327 Red Monogram Edition below. No release info as of yet, though expect both the 327 and 237 to arrive very soon on the Casablanca website. Stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for updates.
Update (05/14/21): Release info for the Casablanca x New Balance 327 and 237 “Red Monogram” has been confirmed. Both pairs drop on May 21st on the Casablanca website, followed by a global release on May 28th. The 237 will retail for $170 while the 327 will come with a $195 price tag.
