In continuation of their historic partnership, Billionaire Boys Club and Reebok debut a collaboration on the Instapump Fury BOOST in a two-shoe “Earth & Water” pack.
The iconic streetwear brand by Pharrell Williams and NIGO taps the Instapump Fury BOOST silhouette for the first time ever and gives a nod to the natural elements. Design details include a CORDURA fabric upper, 3M reflective bladder, and premium leather toe box. The signature Pump button has definitely not been left behind as it has been adorned with dual branding motifs, featuring the classic BBC Helmet and Reebok Vector. Innovative efforts have gone into the design construction as well with adidas’ revolutionary BOOST technology replacing Reebok’s traditional Hexalite cushioning, carrying on a first-of-its-kind global sportswear partnership.
The first adaptation of Steven Smith’s classic Reebok design pays tribute to earth with a Pine Green/Boulder Grey/Triathlon Red colorway. Muted tones across the upper are contrasted with a deep red Pump button, inner lining, and graphite carbon sheath. The “Water” rendition features a color scheme of Dandy Blue/Sky Blue/Yellow Sensation, displayed through soft pastels across the pair’s upper, inner lining, and graphite carbon sheath.
Steven Smith himself gave his approval to the collection, observing, “the concept, the colorways, the presentation – these are really nice expansions of my original designs… I always enjoy seeing what BBC is working on and love the way the colors are applied here in new ways. It’s an honor to see them taking an interest in the Fury.”
The BBC ICECREAM x Reebok Instapump Fury BOOST “Earth & Water” Pack will be available beginning on April 23rd exclusively via BBC ICECREAM Flagship locations in NYC, London, Tokyo, as well as the BBC ICECREAM Miami store and online at bbcicecream.com, bbcicecream.eu, and billionaireboysclub.jp.
