Air Jordan 4 “Fear” Returns Holiday 2024

When news surfaced of the Air Jordan 3 “Fear” returning in 2023, many sneakerheads were left wondering when the accompanying “Fear” Air Jordan 4 would return. Turns out they don’t have to wonder anymore, as the Air Jordan 4 “Fear” is reported to release in 2024.

As first reported by zSneakerHeadz x Sneaker Files, the Air Jordan 4 “Fear” will be returning as part of Jordan Brand’s Holiday 2024 retro lineup. This colorway was first released in 2013 as part of a “Fear Pack” that also included a Jordan 5 and the aforementioned AJ3. This pack drew inspiration from MJ’s 2008 “Look Me In The Eyes” commercial, which features the quote: “I’m scared of what I won’t become, and you’re scared of what I could become.” This quote was found on the graphic insoles across all three pairs in the original pack.

Over a decade later, the Air Jordan 4 “Fear” is now returning for the first time since its original release. The retro is expected to mirror the 2013 pair, featuring the same black nubuck upper with grey mudguard overlays and a lighter grey toe cap. This is paired with hits of white on the sockliner, tongue tag, multichannel lace locks, and Jumpman on the heels. As a final touch, the midsole comes in black with white speckles and a pop of red inside the Air bubble. The main difference from the upcoming retro and the 2013 release is that the graphic insoles have been swapped out for more traditional plain
