Air Jordan 2 “Chicago” 2022 Comes With OG Packaging

Original Story (03/27/22): 2022 is a crazy year for OG Jordan releases. The “Chicago” Air Jordan 1s are making their return (at least in some sort of “Reimagined” form), as well as the “Fire Red” Air Jordan 3s. The Air Jordan 2, which is having a big year all on its own with various collaborative iterations, is also set to return in true OG form.

Dropping in the OG white, red, and black “Chicago” colorway, the 2022 version of the Air Jordan 2 is expected to closely resemble the original 1986 release, down to the packaging and accessories. Expect these to come in the original Wings logo box, equipped with a Wings logo hangtag and packaged with an OG-style booklet.

The Air Jordan 2 OG “Chicago” is currently expected to drop on October 22nd on SNKRS and at select retailers. Stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for updates.
