atmos has been busy collaborating with Sean Wotherspoon on an Asics GEL-Lyte III, and now the Japanese streetwear retailer is partnering with adidas for a “Crazy Animal” ZX ALKYNE.
Initially previewed early last month, the “Crazy Animal” dresses the brand new ZX model in a mix of cow, zebra, leopard, cheetah and giraffe patterns, tied together with tiger detailing around the the eye-stays and black and orange Three Stripes branding. Around the forefoot there are white snakeskin pieces for a part-reptilian twist. Complementing the zebra pattern on the heel, the midsole features a semi-translucent sole with BOOST cushioning and a zebra print underlay.
The atmos x adidas ZX ALKYNE “Crazy Animal” will release via an online raffle from atmos Tokyo on July 25th for a retail price of 16,000 ¥JPY (~$150 USD). This release is limited to only 100 pairs. Grab a detailed look at the limited release below.
