adidas Y-3 is once again bringing Yohji Yamamoto’s distinct perspective to one of the sporting world’s most decorated clubs, Real Madrid. After dropping a special kit for the club’s 120th anniversary in 2022, Y-3 and Real Madrid are now reuniting to release a collaborative seven-piece travel collection.
Opting for an all-black color palette that is signature to both Y-3 and Real Madrid, the travel collection is comprised of a sleek and elegant pieces crafted at the intersection of tailoring and athletic-wear. This includes a short sleeve polo, long sleeve polo, shorts, track pants, track top, coach jacket, and premium faux leather jacket. Each garment is made with soft sporting fabrics and finished with collaborative details such as Yohji Yamamoto’s handwritten signature script wordmark and the Real Madrid crest.
The collection is presented alongside a campaign shot by London-based photographer Gabriel Moses that features past and present Real Madrid icons including Naomie Feller, Jude Bellingham, David Alaba, Misa Rodríguez, and Zinedine Zidane.
