Original Story (10/27/22): Shortly after the “Marge Simpson” Superstar hit the web, a designer that goes by chillfatherfigure on Instagram shared a concept for a “Homer” version inspired by the meme of Homer disappearing into some bushes. It looks like adidas already had something similar in the works, as a “Homer” Stan Smith has now surfaced that also references this meme.

The Simpsons x adidas Stan Smith “Homer” features a white leather upper with a gold foil “Homer Simpson” wordmark on the lateral side panel. The heel panels are the main attraction, dressed in a fuzzy green textile to represent the bushes, with an embroidered Homer fading into the greenery. Homer also appears on the tongues, while the green insoles feature The Simpsons branding.
