A Ma Maniére and Jordan Brand have announced the launch of their third Air Ship collaboration.
After dropping in White/Black and White/Royal colorways, the A Ma Maniére x Jordan Air Ship is now presented in White/Green alongside a campaign titled “Obsess The Details.” The accompanying short film tells a motivational story that emphasizes the importance of honing your craft through repetition and commitment while making sure to cherish each step of the process along the way.
The AMM x Jordan Air Ship in White/Green features a white leather upper with hits of hairy suede in a Green Stone hue applied to the Swoosh and ankle collar. Additional hits of Green Stone are applied to the co-branded tongue tags and the outsoles. The shoe features debossed branding on the heels, with the Maniére “A” logo on the left shoe and “Nike Air” on the right. The best detail, however, is the a “A” logo monogram applied to the sockliner, a subtle touch that we’ve seen on previous A Ma Maniére x Jordan collabs.
The Nike Air Ship has its roots in the ’80s and was the shoe MJ wore on-court before the creation of the Air Jordan 1. As a nod to this, A Ma Maniére has applied a vintage treatment to the design. The midsoles are stained yellow, as are the edges of the panels on the upper, and there is discoloration applied to the outsoles. The shoe comes with three lace options: white, green, and white with yellow staining. A metallic “A” logo keychain is also packaged with the shoes.
Releasing alongside the footwear are two apparel collections, consisting of an A Ma Maniére x Jordan 365 Essentials offering and an A Ma Maniére fleece assortment. The apparel pieces are offered in a green, cream, and white color palette to compliment the Air Ships.
The A Ma Maniére x Jordan Air Ship “Green Stone”and apparel collections are available via EQL raffles from A Ma Maniére and Social Status that are open now through March 18th at 12pm EST. There will also be an official online launch on March 22nd on the A Ma Maniére website and at A Ma Maniére locations in Atlanta, DC, and Houston. The Air Ship will also drop on SNKRS on March 29th.
