Beats by Dre is launching a new edition of its Studio 3 Wireless headphones in partnership with Samuel Ross’ A-COLD-WALL* design label. The two have enlisted Chicago rapper Lil Durk to star in the launch campaign.
The Beats Studio3 Wireless headphones offer Pure Active Noise Cancelling (Pure ANC) for an immersive, premium listening experience. ACW* infuses its brutalist aesthetic to the collaboration, dressing the headphone silhouette in a speckled cement grey. Additional details include an onyx stroke running down each side, placed alongside ACW* bracket logos. For a final touch, the interior band comes in a contrasting clay color, playing to the brand’s dialogue around the meeting of natural and manmade objects.
The A-COLD-WALL* x Beats Studio3 Wireless headphones launch on Friday, October 15th at 10am BST on the ACW* website (UK shipping only). A wider release is scheduled for Monday, October 18th via Apple (9am PT) and select retailers such as SSENSE and Notre. Retail price is $349.95 USD.
