Saucony and Melbourne boutique Up There are presenting a reworked Shadow 6000 for their latest collaboration. The shoe is centered around European traveling, aptly given the name “Doors to the World.”
European architecture often features a grandeur that distinctively marks the time period and history in which it was built. For the Shadow 6000, the shoes fit well among the European landscape. Comprised of an Olive Green wolverine suede upper, the sneakers foliage shade is interrupted by a Vibrant Pink iridescent leather that covers the “S” panel. The pink also takes its place on the rear-quarter and heel. A cream color ties the two brighter shades together on the heel and tongue lining. As for branding, a co-branded logo is stamped on the tongue and insole. The construction sits on a thick white midsole and gum sole.
The Up There x Saucony Originals Shadow 6000 “Doors To The World” will come with a special travel-inspired box, a Vibrant Pink dust bag and four pairs of laces. Expect a release on June 4th in-store and on the Up There site with a price tag of $199 USD.
