Stone Island Marina x New Balance Numeric 272 Collection

Stone Island and New Balance extend their partnership into the Numeric skateboarding line with a collaborative edition of the Numeric 272.

Following collaborations on lifestyle silhouettes such as the 574, 991v2, and 998, Stone Island is now remixing New Balance’s first ever skate shoe, the Numeric 272, first introduced in 2013. This marks the latest evolution of an ongoing collaboration between two different cultures of innovation, united by shared values in material research, functionality, and engagement with subcultural contexts.

Stone Island gives the Numeric 272 a nautical twist, informed by the Italian brand’s sailor-inspired Marina subcollection from Spring/Summer 2025. The shoe has been reimagined with split suede and canvas uppers, creating a boat shoe-like aesthetic, while the skate-ready vulcanized sole is designed for reduced impact and enhanced board feel. The 272 is offered in three colorways—ochre yellow, marine blue, and ivory—each with reflective details and STONE ISLAND MARINA branding.

The collaboration is presented with a campaign captured by Jeremy Elkin at Milano Centrale starring New Balance Numeric team riders Tiago Lemos, Justin Henry, and Davide Holzknecht.

The Stone Island Marina x New Balance Numeric 272 collection drops June 18th on the Stone Island website and at select Stone Island stores worldwide. Users must register for the launch online in order to participate. Check out the three colorways in the campaign shots below.
