Ronnie Fieg is pulling out all the stops for his second season as creative director of the New York Knicks. Following the unveiling of his Knicks City Edition jersey design for the 2022-23 season, Fieg has now unveiled a full Kith x New York Knicks collection of apparel, accessories, and lifestyle goods.
Starting off with the outerwear, the wide selection includes varsity jackets, coaches jackets made from Manteco Wool and faux fur, retro-inspired satin sports jackets, and a limited-edition leather varsity jacket crafted from premium sheep leather created in collaboration with renowned sportswear designer Jeff Hamilton.
Other apparel options include knitwear, hoodies, crewnecks, vintage tees, pants, and shorts. Kith has also teamed up with Mitchell & Ness to create retro jerseys inspired by the 1998-99 Knicks. For headwear, 9FORTY snapbacks and Low Profile 59FIFTY fitteds are offered alongside Kith’s signature Merino wool beanies. Co-branded scarves and cotton socks round out the accessories, while lifestyle goods range from acrylic rugs and mugs to dinnerware and coaster sets.
The collection will launch at Kith Night, a special event at Madison Square Garden where the Knicks will also debut their Kith-designed 2023-24 City Edition jerseys and City Edition Court. Before the tip-off against the Spurs, the collection will be available in-store at a special pop-up inside Chase Square at Madison Square Garden. Upon entry, fans will be gifted a zine featuring the campaign, as well as find a custom Kith for Knicks tee produced in partnership with Champion on their seat. Select concession stands throughout the arena will also serve beverages and popcorn in co-branded Kith for Knicks souvenir cups and boxes. There will also be a few other surprises for attendees.
Following its Kith Night debut at MSG, the Kith x New York Knicks 2023 collection will release globally on Friday, November 10th, at 11am EST/CET in all Kith shops and on the Kith website.
