PUMA & Carrots Reunite For “Scavenger Hunt” Collection

Anwar Carrots has been in the streetwear game for well over a decade. The LA-based creative has built a impressive resume over the years, collabs with the likes of DC Shoes, LRG, Crocs, and many more under his belt.

A major milestone in Anwar’s career was his first PUMA collab in 2014, a breakthrough project that had Carrots’ name on all the blogs. 10 years later, PUMA and Carrots are still at it, back with a new collection.

The new collection features an “In Search of Carrots” theme, with the iconic Carrots logo hidden in different places across each garment, creating an interactive “scavenger hunt” wearing experience. Carrots’ signature garden-inspired color palette of oranges and greens dresses each piece, while throwback Super PUMA graphics commemorate the brand’s big cat mascot from the 1970s.

Apparel pieces include streetwear essentials like hoodies, tees, and shorts, as well as cut-and-sew pieces such as a graffiti-style cardigan, workwear-inspired pants, and a striped rugby shirt. The star of the show, however, is the footwear. Included are two colorways of the Suede XL, a chunkier version of the classic Suede, and two iterations of the PUMA-180, a 00’s skate sneaker-inspired silhouette with Cordura uppers.

The PUMA x Carrots “Scavenger Hunt” collection drops July 5th on the Carrots website, PUMA.com (midnight ET), and at select PUMA stockists such as Shiekh and Journeys. If you’re in LA, you can also cop the new collection at the Carrots Arts & Craft Fair on July 6th.
