Original Story (09/25/23): Jordan Brand’s Reimagined series has brought much excitement as of late. The creative remixes of classic Retro colorways, like last year’s “Lost & Found” AJ1s, have been hits amongst fans. The Air Jordan 4 is now getting in on the fun, with one of its OG colorways now getting the Reimagined treatment.
You may know it as “Black Cement,” “Black/Red,” or simply “Bred.” This Air Jordan 4 originally released in 1989 and featured black nubuck construction across its upper. For its Reimagined twist, the nubuck on the “Bred” 4s has been swapped out for tumbled leather. All other aspects of the “Bred Reimagined” Air Jordan 4 remain true to the original, including the Nike Air branding on the heels.
