Anthony Edwards and adidas recently launched the AE 1 Low as part of the “Ascent” pack. A second colorway is now on the way, dubbed the “Mural.”
The AE 1 Low “Mural” is dropping in celebration of Anthony Edwards’ birthday, August 5th, which is also officially Anthony Edwards Day in Atlanta. In 2023, ATL surprised their hometown hero with his own holiday and also unveiled a mural of Edwards and his later mother Yvette, and grandmother, Shirley who both died of cancer in 2015. The mural features a peach-like orange backdrop, serving as the inspiration for this AE 1 Low “Mural” colorway.
