Following last week’s collaboration with Jane’s Addiction, Supreme now unveils a new collection celebrating college sports created in partnership with Mitchell & Ness and four NCAA teams: the Georgetown Hoyas, Miami Hurricanes, North Carolina Tar Heels, and Syracuse Orange.
Leading the pack for this drop is the Hooded Stadium Jacket in three colorways: pink for UNC, Realtree camo for Miami, and black with navy accents for Georgetown. Each jacket features the school’s logo on the hood and zipper fold, the mascot on the sleeves and back, and Supreme branding on the sleeves, back, and left chest.
Meanwhile, the hoodies come heather grey/orange for Syracuse, pink for UNC, and black/navy for Georgetown. Hockey jersey and basketball shorts come in Realtree camo/orange for Syracuse, as well as in white/navy for UNC. Rounding out the offering are beanies four all four schools: black for Georgetown, pink for UNC, Realtree camo for Miami, and orange for Syracuse.
This collaboration with the NCAA is a full circle moment for Supreme. Back in 2007, Supreme was issued a cease-and-desist by the NCAA for a varsity jacket they made that came covered in flips of various sports team logos. This included the Georgetown Hoyas bulldog, the Syracuse Orange, Rameses the UNC ram, and even an “NYC” spin on the NCAA’s blue circle logo. Very few jackets made it to the public, as Supreme was forced to cancel all orders.
