Ronnie Fieg x PUMA Clyde Celebrates Walt Frazier’s 80th Birthday

Kith founder and New York Knicks creative director Ronnie Fieg has teamed up with PUMA on a friends-and-family edition of the Clyde sneaker in celebration of Walt “Clyde” Frazier’s 80th birthday.

As a nod to Clyde’s renowned sense of style and love for suiting, the Ronnie Fieg x PUMA Clyde features a shine box leather upper with custom wing-tip and stitched outline detailing. Tongue labels are debossed with Fieg, PUMA, and Clyde co-branding, with additional branding found on the insoles. Rounding out the design is a “10” on the heel, Clyde’s jersey number while on the Knicks. Only 80 pairs of this sneaker were created in honor of the NBA legend’s 80th birthday.

As part of this project, Ronnie Fieg and Walt Frazier sat down for a half-hour long conversation, where they touched on everything from Frazier winning two championships for New York, to being the first NBA player with a signature shoe, to how he got the “Clyde” nickname.
