Original Story (09/22/24): Bordeaux, France is famously home to the world’s largest wine region, but did you know the city also has a skate shop? Located right off of the Garonne river is Riot Skateshop, which has been serving its local community since opening its doors in 2004.
After over twenty years since its inception, Riot Skateshop is now getting its own Dunk Low in collaboration with Nike SB. The shoe pays homage to Bordeaux and its wine culture, featuring wine red suede overlays, cork insoles, wax seal stamps of Riot’s logo on the tongues, and grape graphics on the translucent red-tinged outsoles. Additional features include a double-layered Swoosh with reflective sparkle details, Nike and Riot branding on the heels, and Riot’s dog logo embroidered on the lateral heel.
