Original Story (09/28/20): Reebok is set to release a formerly Player Exclusive pair of Question Mids most famously worn by Kobe Bryant in the early 2000s.

While the pair was originally slated to release in February during the NBA All-Star Weekend, their release was moved back after Kobe’s tragic death in January. The shoe was known for being worn on Sundays and for holiday games, and it’s being released as part of a three-shoe “Alternates” pack (which also includes a black/gold Question Mid and a black/red Kamikaze II). The “Yellow Toe” model is a simple colorway that uses yellow suede on the toe and heel, a yellow outsole and cushioning system, and purple accents around the shoe’s Reebok branding to cement it as a Lakers tribute.

The Reebok “Alternates” basketball pack launches via select retailers and Reebok’s website in November. You can check out detailed photos of the model down below.

Update (11/02/20): Images of the “Yellow Toe” packaging have landed, revealing a tribute to Kobe Bryant. The special 3/8 split box reads “The 2 Legends Last 4ever” (the 2 and 4 paying homage to the number 24 worn by Kobe). Included in the box is a Lakers-colored 3/8 armband and two wristbands. Expect a November 28th release.
